3. Return Process

- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
8. International Returns
Customers returning items from outside India must mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges incurred on returned items.
